hello. ヽ( ゚ヮ・)ノ
UCLA undergrad.
CA, from Japan. probably a minimalist at heart, but gets too distracted with lace and glitter and bows to actually live that way. I admire people with dreams/goals/ambition/a purpose. is that why everyone looks more sparkly in airports
I'm paranoid in a weird way, where I think every parking lot and indoor stairwell is a murder scene and every marsh/wood-y area houses dead bodies.
I also don't like eating much meat after finding out about cannibalistic serial killers.
I don't want to write a profile in complete sentences, so I'll just try to confuse you with the names of things I like (material things, as opposed to concepts, because that should be for irl)
dreams (the ones you have at night), clouds, lace, chanel chance eau fraiche (and eau tendre too I suppose), good grammar, marc by marc jacobs, the interiors of anthropologie, peter pan collars, pride and prejudice (the movie more than the book eee), sad books (it probably wasn't a good idea to start reading depressing books so early), nata de coco, bunnies, macros/captions/gifs/whatever they are called, mirrors, success, jyj, miu miu, chloe, youtube, kensie, liz lisa, anticipation, pretty packaging (sparkly marketing, especially Japanese, is too effective in taking my money away), cookpad, stipee post-its, fairydrops (witchcraft mascara that doesn't smudge on lower lashes), konnyaku (lol), goong (the drama more than the manhwa because it doesn't drag on and on and on), thin pleats, lashes (faux and otherwise), blush, suits/blazers (and the illusion of power that comes with them), rain (from the sky, not the person. well actually I'm indifferent about the person), collarbones, red valentino dresses, shoulderblades, hands, arm veins (uh mostly in guys), perfection (yeah yeah not possible whatever), charcoal (and smudging it on paper), garamond, fountain pens, letter openers (not that I own one, aside from scissors), polyvore, ameba, chivalry, light pink, white, paper, socks, sweaters, lists, new languages, traveling, japan, lights (bokeh in photos too), heels, suede shoes, steve madden glitter heels, straight bangs, cheeserland.com (probably the only blog I check every time I go online), rosewater (anything rose scented that is made well makes me swoon and hand over money), new people (the store, and the beautiful/mostly useless things it sells), red velvet cupcakes (the cream cheese frosting on them), unsweetened tea, postsecret, gerberas, camellias, sparkling things (so vague), cheesecake (Maggiano's and SugarButterFlour make the best ones), planners, BookOff (hehehe cheap Japanese magazines), trains, san francisco, pocket watches, kiwa seisakujyo, la foret harajuku, tofu, wooden pencils (and the feeling of accomplishment that follows the dull-ing of their points), scented bar soaps, peonies (looks and scent), l'occitane (their peony hand cream smells like heaven, if I believed in it), the body shop (moroccan rose and strawberry and papaya), aidan mattox (their size 2s fit me so perfectly it's amazing), bcbgmaxazria (ditto with xs), strawberry motifs, ma cherie (shiseido's haricare line), translucent jellyish lipstick (like Dior Addict), deadpan picture books and greeting cards (that probably makes no sense, but I know what I mean), finding clothes online after I see them in store, christmas makeup coffrets (ok not that I buy those $128 Jill Stuart sets but I like looking at them), anything limited edition, bralettes, free people, bustier tops/dresses, purifying facial masks, aerie (I like their innerwear more than Victoria's Secret), quiet libraries (it stresses me out when people are loudly congregating in libraries...), art museums (de young in sf), cutout dresses,
